Why Jirard Khalil's "THE COMPLETIONIST" Response to Charity Fraud Won't Matter

Jirard Khalil is a YouTuber known well for his channel "The Completionist". He started his channel in January 2012 and grew popularity over a short time. His channel now holds well over 1.6 million subscribers (at least right now). Over the years Jirard has been known to host charity live stream events to raise money for awareness and research towards dementia patients. His charity events have been very successful and has gained a lot of support over the years. Though thanks to some other well known YouTubers (Karl Jobsts and SomeOrdinaryGamers) some shocking information has been revealed. As it turns out, he's been holding onto all of the donated money raised for charity this entire time. Many fans on X (Twitter) have been divided on the issue. Some believe without a doubt that this was the result of bad intentions, while others are still defending Jirard, hoping that a response from him will prove his innocence. Or at the very least provide understanding. If you'd like to know the whole story on how this information was found, refer to the video link below. Jirard's response to this WILL NOT JUSTIFY HIS ACTIONS. Here's why:

As mentioned in the video above, there are many reasons why Jirard is in the wrong.
KEEPING THE MONEY
As you know, Jirard has not actually sent any money to any charity after YEARS of doing this charity event. He's continued to lie to fans about it, even sponsorships and volunteers involved, and yet the money hasn't moved. Whether good intentions are there (which is highly unlikely), years of research and potential has been wasted.
NAMING SPECIFIC CHARITIES
Even after Karl Jobsts confronted Jirard on his awareness to the money being stored away in a bank account, Jirard continues to lie to participants of his charity live streams, naming specific organizations that the money is going to. Now, even if Jirard does not intend on pocketing any of the money for himself, why would he continue to lie about where the money is going? Why not just admit that they are looking for the right place to send the money and will do so when the time is right? This is a big red flag.
MAKING IT RIGHT WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT
Even if Jirard decides now to give all of the money raised, and we're talking about 650,000 dollars, he's already been caught. If he is waiting to find the right place to send it, why would he all of a sudden donate it all now coincidentally? Because he knows he's been caught red handed.  This would further prove Jirard is trying to cover up his mistakes. So if Jirard does send the money away very soon, you know it's because he had bad intentions. He's screwed either way.
JIRARD ACTUALLY HAS ALREADY POCKETED SOME OF THE MONEY
So out of the well over 650,000 dollars that was raised, about 100k of that is gone. According to Jirard, it went to "expenses". His company "Open Hand Foundation" doesn't pay employees (they are volunteers) and has been donated the equipment and space to hold the events. There are NO expenses! Jirard and his brother likely lied on the tax forms in order to protect their secret, which could lead to some serious criminal charges.

There's many other angles to look at and none of them lead to positive outcomes for Jirard and his brother. We can only hope that justice is served and that the "completionist" is finally complete.
